q  Assists the staff by organizing the supplies and equipment used by the patients

q  Takes care of all of the patients needs

q  Is familiar with the following methods of treatment; ice, heat, ultrasound, and tens units

q  Respects the confidentiality of all patients

q  Is committed to increasing her knowledge by asking questions and observing procedures

q  All assignments are submitted on time and done very, very

q  Has excellent attendance

q  Lauren strives for perfection in all areas of the class and at the worksite

q  "Lauren is an excellent Co-op student.  She is very conscientious and polite with the patients. Lauren has such a pleasant attitude and most importantly shows interest in the patients and the physiotherapy field. We are lucky to have Lauren here at Smith Physiotherapy."

Placement:  St. Rose Catholic Elementary School

 

Chloe's strengths and accomplishments:

 

q  Is an assistant teacher in the Grade 3 classroom

q  Works very well one on one with the students

q  Chloe has started to plan and teach various music and science classes

q  Relates extremely well with all of the students; Chloe is very kind and patient and is a person that the students know they can trust

q  Strives for perfection in all areas of the class

q  All assignments are submitted on time and are done to perfection

q  Has outstanding attendance

q  Mrs. Sidi, the Grade 3 teacher said the following "I am so very impressed with Chloe's caring and positive attitude.  She is a very kind, caring, co-operative, and enthusiastic girl. Chloe is always aware of everything that is going on in our classroom.  My students and I are very lucky to have Chloe in our Grade 3 classroom each morning."
