Strengths and Accomplishments
Jewel was able to establish an excellent rapport with the grade 1 students.
She was responsible and dependable.
She showed excellent initiative.
Jewel was able to showcase her artistic talents by making art samples, planning her own Halloween craft, and she also drew numerous pictures for the students at lunchtime.
Jewel also had perfect attendance during her co-op placement.
"Jewel is an excellent addition to the class. She shows great initiative and has picked up on the routines of the classroom very well."

Colby Pilon
Placement: Rose City Ford Service Department
Strengths and Accomplishments
Colby is able to perform a number of tasks independently such as an oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation.
He fits in really well with the other staff members.
Colby is reliable, dependable and manages his time very well.
He's eager to learn and always looks for new learning opportunities.
He always displays a positive attitude.
"You show Colby how to do something once and he's got it. He's going to make an excellent mechanic."

Kayla Bethune
Placement: Thompson House
Strengths and Accomplishments
Kayla was a conscientious and very hard worker.
She went to work with a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
Kayla was able to make several items from the menu such as reubens, fish tacos, salads, and a variety of sauces.
Kayla had perfect attendance at her placement throughout the term.

Jordanne Bachmeier
Placement: Michael DiFazio Reclaimed Artistry
Strengths and Accomplishments
Jordanne is able to use a variety of tools such as a drum sander, belt sander, jigsaw, angle grinder, and domino tool to name a few!
She is able to complete projects from start to finish...cutting, sanding, and staining
Jordanne is able to make some of DiFazio's signature items such as charcuterie and cutting boards
She takes direction well and works well with all staff

Deklin Bryant
Placement: Con-Tact Masonry
Strengths and Accomplishments
Deklin has learned how to grind out joints, wash bricks, mix and bag mortar and refill joints.
He can also operate a scissor lift and is a certified operator.
Deklin is a great listener.
He catches on quickly and gets along really well with all employees.
