Quad 3 Outstanding Co-op Student

Placement:  St. John Vianney School


Strengths and Accomplishments

  • Emma was able to establish an excellent rapport with the grade 2 students.  

  • She was responsible and dependable.

  • She showed excellent initiative and leadership.

  • Emma was responsible for setting up the literacy centers and she also led the daily physical activities.

  • Emma also worked one on one with a special education student.  

  • Emma often gave up her lunch hour in order to play tag with the students at lunch.  

  • Emma would stay after her co-op hours in order to participate in special classroom activities.  


"Emma is a fantastic addition to the class. She displays a youthfulness that the students find relatable.  It allows her to connect with the students and establish an excellent rapport."

Co-op Students of the Quadmester

Tyler Ballard


Placement:  Windsor Regional Hospital - Paediatrics Floor



Tyler's Strengths and Accomplishments:  


  • Tyler worked on the Paediatrics floor at WRH

  • He assisted the staff with a number of tasks including sanitization, setting up play and educational activities, directing patients to appropriate areas, delivering lab reports and supplies to various departments, and transporting patients to name a few

  • Tyler shadowed the medical team on the paediatric floor and also observed in the fracture clinic, diagnostic imaging, and nuclear medicine

  • He was committed to increasing his knowledge by asking questions

  • He respected confidentiality of all patients

  • Tyler had perfect attendance
