q Takes care of all of the patients needs

q Is familiar with the following methods of treatment; ice, heat, ultrasound, and tens units

q Respects the confidentiality of all patients

q Is committed to increasing her knowledge by asking questions and observing procedures

q All assignments are submitted on time and done very, very well

q Has very good attendance

q Hanna strives for perfection in all areas of the class and at the worksite
